I have used Al Marino twice for plumbing and electric work outside the scope of simple repairs I can do. They are always timely and professional - always willing to explain things simply and take the time to completely fix the issue. I’m always completely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

I was completely satisfied with this group. I had an emergency on Sunday, got a call from Jay in 10 minutes and professionally (I mean very professionally and well done) fixed my problem with a complete replacement hot water system in less than 12 hours. Outstanding service! Highly recommended.

We called needing assistance with a clogged wastewater line going to the septic tank. They were here within 2 hours. They were able to quickly and thoroughly fix the problem. Both were polite and professional. We appreciated that they came so fast!

We’ve had Al Marino come out for a number of services including plumbing as well as installing and servicing heating/cooling. They have always been pleasant to deal with on the phone and they send high quality people to get the job done. They’ve been respectful and clean and their quality of work is second to none. They are a bit pricier than their competitors but you get what you pay for! Never been disappointed!

I had a pipe burst under my house and Al Marino was able to send someone out the day I called. I contacted several other companies in the Charleston/Cross Lanes area and most were unhelpful at best. Al Marino was great, prompt, and completed the repair the same day the tech came out. Special shout out to Cowboy for being friendly, understanding, and professional.
